From Effort to Power: Making Abundance Physical
If you haven’t read my previous article yet, I recommend starting there. This is the second part of a journey, and the process only truly works when you complete the full cycle.
If you’ve already read it, you’ve remembered that abundance is a vibration. Now, it’s time to understand where that frequency actually lives: within your body.
We can understand everything on an intellectual level. We can repeat affirmations, meditate, or curate beautiful vision boards. But if your body is tense, in "alert mode," or stuck in survival, the message you are sending to the universe is clear: “I am not safe. I cannot receive.”
Abundance doesn’t just manifest through the mind; it manifests when the body feels safe. If you are still struggling today—constantly "pushing" to make life work—it is because the energy of trauma or scarcity is still trapped within you.
True power isn’t about control. It’s about allowing the energy of life to express itself through you without resistance. The shift from effort to flow and power begins, inevitably, in the body.
The Defensive Body Cannot Receive
Trauma—even the "small" daily contractions like feeling guilty for resting, the fear of losing, or the tension felt when receiving—isn’t about the event that happened. It is about the energy that remained trapped in the body.
When your nervous system lives in a defensive state, it cannot distinguish between a real danger and a new opportunity. It interprets "the new" as "the dangerous," forcing you to work harder and control more. This consumes the very energy that should be available for receiving.
To release this energy and open the body to abundance, we must:
Release, don’t just understand: It isn’t enough to analyze why abundance isn’t flowing. You must discharge the stored energy. Breathe, shake, sigh, or allow yourself to cry. The body needs to release that memory before it can expand.
Feel, don’t just think: Coherence doesn’t come from repeating "I am abundant" without feeling it. It comes from feeling abundance in your cells. The body heals when you allow yourself to feel the emotion without collapsing.
Create safety: The body only opens when it feels safe. The first step isn’t asking for more; it’s creating internal safety: feel your feet on the ground, breathe, be present, and step away from environments or relationships where you don’t feel secure.
Remember: contraction isn’t a mistake; it is integration. After a moment of expansion, it is natural for a moment of contraction to follow. Your body isn't moving backward; it is integrating the change so your new vibration can become sustainable.
From Feeling to Movement: Keys to Conscious Action
Once you have freed your body from survival mode, it is crucial to move the energy. Feeling without acting leads to stagnation, while acting without feeling leads to effort. Power lies in the union of both.
Abundance is a practice, not a theory. If you don’t act in alignment with your new vibration, that energy becomes stagnant. Here are the keys to transforming that released energy into a movement of creation:
Key Awareness and Reflection
1. Ask and it is Given
Life doesn't respond to vague desires, but to clear intention. Ask yourself: What am I willing to transform within myself to receive what I am asking for?
2. Worthiness
Worthiness means respecting yourself in every choice. When you betray yourself, you tell life: "I am not worth that much." Eliminating guilt is the first step toward true worthiness.
3. Fail as Much as Necessary
There is no expansion without error. Don't wait to see the whole bridge; give yourself permission to step forward even if you stumble. Mistakes are part of the creative process—I prefer to simply call them "experience".
4. Silence
Only in inner stillness will you know what to do. In the noise, the mind repeats the same old script; in the silence, the soul guides you. Abundance is heard in the pause.
5. Determination
Accept the duality. Sometimes, when everything seems to be falling apart, it is a sign of a great breakthrough. The system resists just before the real change happens. Sometimes you have to lose it all to gain it all.
6. Madness
"Madness" is the courage to walk paths no one else has. Dare to do what others won't. The path is exactly where you were forbidden to look.
7. Action
Without action, there is no creation. No learning is useful until it is embodied. Start with what you have, where you are. Abundance loves movement.
Abundance begins when you stop fighting to get it and start allowing yourself to feel safe with who you already are. When the body opens and action is conscious, life responds.
A Practice to Raise Your Vibration
Just like in Part One, I am leaving you with a practical tool to help you transform that tension into power. You can download it here.
Abundance is not pursued; it is embodied. Every time you discharge tension, act with courage, and trust, you are remembering the power that has always lived within you.
