3. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy (1-on-1 Sessions)
The following terms apply to private sessions:
Rescheduling Notice: If you need to reschedule a booked private session, you must notify us in writing at info@victoriafarina.com or via Whatsapp at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, will result in the forfeiture of that session. No refunds will be issued for missed or late-cancelled appointments.
Punctuality: If you arrive late to a virtual session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients.
4. Digital Products & Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
This section applies to digital products and downloadable or streamable courses:
Immediate Access & Loss of Right of Withdrawal: Under European Union Consumer Law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, by purchasing a digital course or downloadable product and receiving immediate access to the content, you explicitly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you waive and lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.
Refunds: All sales of instant-access digital courses and downloadable products are final and non-refundable once access link or content has been provided.
