We like to believe we see clearly.

That we understand whatโ€™s happening.

That we know why we think, feel, and act the way we do.

But thereโ€™s a limit.

Because when youโ€™re inside somethingโ€ฆ

youโ€™re part of it.

Your patterns.

Your reactions.

Your way of interpreting things.

They donโ€™t feel like a pattern.

They feel like you.

And from thereโ€”

everything makes sense.

Even when it doesnโ€™t.

Thatโ€™s why certain things are so hard to see.

Not because theyโ€™re hidden.

Because theyโ€™re familiar.

And familiarity feels like truth.

So you move from it.

You decide from it.

You defend it.

Without realizing

whatโ€™s actually shaping you.

Until somethingโ€”or someoneโ€”

points it out.

Not to fix you.

To show you.

What you couldnโ€™t see on your own.

So the question is not

how much you understand yourself.

Itโ€™s this:

Are you willing

to let something outside of youโ€”

challenge

what feels true?
