We donโt always need someone to fix us.
But we do need spaces
where we donโt have to defend who we are.
Where we can be seenโ
clearlyโ
without being judged.
Because the truth isโฆ
many times, itโs not the truth that we avoid.
Itโs how itโs delivered.
We close when we feel attacked.
We justify when we feel judged.
We walk away when we feel exposed.
But when the truth comes
from someone who staysโ
who doesnโt turn against us,
who doesnโt shame us,
who doesnโt need us to be different in that momentโ
something changes.
We can listen.
We can stay.
We can actually see.
And thatโs where real change begins.
Not in isolation.
Not in defense.
But in a space
where we donโt need to hide.
So the question is not
whether you can do it alone.
Itโs this:
Do you allow yourself
to be seen by someone you trustโ
without turning it into something
you have to protect yourself from?
