Everyone talks about change.

But no one talks about what it takes.

Because you donโ€™t build a new life first.

You lose the one you built.

You let go of the identity

youโ€™ve been holding onto for years.

And when that starts to fallโ€”

it doesnโ€™t feel like freedom.

It feels like everything is breaking.

You donโ€™t know who you are anymore.

You donโ€™t know what you want.

You donโ€™t know what comes next.

Things change.

Things disappear.

And thereโ€™s nothing to hold onto.

Thatโ€™s the part most people avoid.

The emptiness.

The uncertainty.

The loneliness of that decision.

Because itโ€™s easier to stay

in what you knowโ€”

even if it doesnโ€™t feel right.

But if you stayโ€”

nothing changes.

So at some point,

you take the step.

Not because youโ€™re ready.

Not because youโ€™re sure.

Because you canโ€™t keep living the same way.

And on the other sideโ€”

thereโ€™s nothing extraordinary waiting.

Just something simpler.

You.

Taking care of yourself.

Slowing down.

Coming back to what actually matters.

Not what you built.

Not what you achieved.

Just what has always been there.
