We think time is something we manage.

Something we organize.

Something we โ€œuse wellโ€.

But time doesnโ€™t wait for you

to be ready.

It doesnโ€™t slow down

because youโ€™re unsure.

It doesnโ€™t pause

while you figure things out.

It keeps moving.

Quietly.

And most of the timeโ€”

weโ€™re not really there.

Weโ€™re thinking about whatโ€™s next.

Holding onto what already happened.

Staying in places weโ€™ve outgrown.

Telling ourselves

weโ€™ll deal with it later.

Weโ€™ll change later.

Weโ€™ll decide later.

But later is where time disappears.

Not because it runs faster.

Because weโ€™re not present

while itโ€™s happening.

And then one dayโ€”

we look back

and realize how much has already passed.

So the question is not

how much time you have.

Itโ€™s this:

How much of your life

are you actually livingโ€ฆ

while itโ€™s happening?
