Most people think guilt is a feeling.

Something that comesโ€ฆ and goes.

Itโ€™s not.

Guilt doesnโ€™t disappear.

It stays.

Not in the surfaceโ€”

in the background.

Quiet.

Invisible.

But active.

Shaping how you see yourself.

How you relate to others.

How you make decisions.

And the longer it stays unexaminedโ€ฆ

the more it defines you.

Not because you choose it.

Because you never faced it.

Thatโ€™s what makes it dangerous.

You donโ€™t just remember what happened.

You keep going back to it.

Replaying it.

Explaining it.

Carrying it.

Until it becomes the place you live from.

And from thereโ€” everything gets distorted.

Your reactions.

Your relationships.

Your sense of who you are.

Not because your life is broken.

Because your reference is.

So the question is not whether you feel guilt.

Itโ€™s this:

How much of your life right nowโ€ฆ

is being shaped by something

you still havenโ€™t faced?
