Most people think their reactions

are about whatโ€™s happening outside.

Theyโ€™re not.

Theyโ€™re about what gets activated inside.

Because the mind doesnโ€™t just observe.

It protects.

And anything that doesnโ€™t fit

what you already believe about yourselfโ€”

feels like a threat.

So you react.

You judge.

You reject.

You push it away.

Not always because itโ€™s wrong.

Because it touches something

you havenโ€™t fully looked at.

Thatโ€™s why some things feel instant.

Intense.

Disproportionate.

Not because of whatโ€™s happeningโ€”

but because of what it connects to.

And hereโ€™s what most people donโ€™t notice:

Pushing it away doesnโ€™t remove it.

It just changes the form.

Different person.

Different situation.

Same reaction.

Again.

And again.

And again.

So it starts to feel like a pattern.

Like โ€œthis always happens to me.โ€

But itโ€™s not random.

Itโ€™s consistent.

is still active inside.

So the question is not

why it keeps appearing.
