Many people think theyโ€™ve lost clarity.

They havenโ€™t.

Theyโ€™ve lost reference.

Because when you stop questioning your thoughtsโ€ฆ

everything starts to feel real.

Even when itโ€™s not.

Thatโ€™s why Cobb needs a totem.

Something simple.

Something stable.

Your body.

As a signal.

Breath.

But rarely used.

Because listening requires something most people avoid:

Stopping.

Not to analyze.

Not to fix.

Not to control.

So instead, we stay in the mind.

Trying to think our way out of confusion.

When the reference was always there.

Ignored.
