Many people think escape looks obvious.

It doesnโ€™t.

It looks productive.

Busy.

Distracted.

It looks like a full schedule.

Constant input.

No space to stop.

Because you donโ€™t need a machine

to disconnect.

You can do it while awake.

Through work.

Through screens.

Through noise.

Anything that keeps you movingโ€”

so you donโ€™t have to feel.

So you donโ€™t have to pause.

So you donโ€™t have to check

whatโ€™s actually happening inside you.

And the more you do itโ€”

the easier it becomes.

Until it stops feeling like escape.

And starts feeling like your life.

Thatโ€™s the dangerous part.

Because now youโ€™re not avoiding occasionally.

Youโ€™re living from it.

So the question is not

whether you escape.

Itโ€™s this:

What are you constantly filling your time withโ€”

so you donโ€™t have to come back

to yourself?
